This suggests a brute-force solution.

That said, looking at their instructions for using another card with Linux,
there may be a non-volatile register on the card for storing a base baud rate
with respect to which everything is divided; their instructions have the user
boot under DOS once to run a utility that sets the base baud rate for the card
to 920kbps, then tell the Linux serial driver that the card's running at
920kbps.
