This really isn't a netbsd question, but here's how I have used it:
webalizer -p -c /usr/pkg/etc/webalizer.conf -r $domain -r www.$domain -o ../htdocs/Webalizer -n
$domain < $reslog
run your log file through adnslogres, from the adns package, first and
turn off dns lookups in webalizer to get more performance.
