An INSTALL kernel will contain installboot and fdisk and
/usr/mdec in the ramdisk. This should be enough to
frob it into submission.
Basically, install a NetBSD MBR with fdisk, and set
the active MBR partition to the one that contains the
NetBSD install.
I've had to do this after a Windows install far too often.
