Yes, I'll try to do this, the options and arguments are right, but the ``>'', if it is PS2, isn't right, the last argument should be a file. And ``-c'' want the number of channels (IIRC 1 for mono and 2 for stereo). So for example we can type something like this: $ audiorecord -d /dev/audio0 -e linear -P 16 -p mic -s 44100 -t 3000 -v 240 -c 2 file I tested it on my NetBSD 4.0 box, and it worked perfectly (after I recorded my voice I checked it via audioplay(1)).
