Could not reserve enough space for object heap
Hi,
today I installed sun-jdk14 and sun-jre14 from pgksrc. "make install"
runs fine, but when I try start java/javac, I got those errors:
bash-2.05b# /usr/pkg/java/sun-1.4/bin/javac
Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM warning: Can't detect initial thread stack location
Error occurred during initialization of VM
Could not reserve enough space for object heap
bash-2.05b# /usr/pkg/java/sun-1.4/bin/java
Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM warning: Can't detect initial thread stack location
Error occurred during initialization of VM
Could not reserve enough space for object heap
My environment:
===============
bash-2.05b# uname -a
NetBSD equinoxe 2.0_BETA NetBSD 2.0_BETA (GENERIC) #0: Wed Apr 28 04:51:01 CEST
2004 matthias@equinoxe:/usr/obj/sys/arch/i386/compile/GENERIC i386
bash-2.05b# mount
/dev/wd0a on / type ffs (local)
/dev/wd0f on /var type ffs (soft dependencies, local)
/dev/wd0e on /usr type ffs (soft dependencies, local)
mfs:221 on /tmp type mfs (synchronous, local)
kernfs on /kern type kernfs (local)
procfs on /usr/pkg/emul/linux/proc/ type procfs (local)
What can I do to make it run?
Kind regards
Matthias
