We are currently looking for a Senior Release Engineer to work
closely with our development and management teams at multiple
levels.

A successful candidate will have:

* A strong sense of integrity and drive to succeed
* Extensive experience with the Unix command line interface
* Experience with administration of multiple types of Unix systems and
  multiple methods of booting systems
* Experience with multiple scripting languages
* Experience with CVS, Subversion, or similar source code management
  systems
* Understanding of IPv4 and IPv6 networking
* 3 years minimum experience in a commercial software development or
  release engineering role using structured development practices
* Strong oral and written communication skills

The person in this role is responsible for managing the building,
testing, and packaging of releases of an operating system for
multiple architectures, on multiple architectures.  The person
in this role will report to the Director of Product Management,
but will work closely with marketing, documentation, engineering,
quality assurance departments to manage successful releases.
The person in this role is also responsible for tracking open
issues that might hold up a release and following them through
to resolution.  The person in this role may also lead and direct
a small team Release Engineers.
