Since the 1.2.1 patch release has apparently been frozen, would it be
possible to get the release notes put into the directory on
ftp.netbsd.org so we can take a look and see what *will* be there when
it gets there?

In particular, I'm wondering if there is a newer version of the 2940
driver in there. We are having sporadic problems with our 4856NP DAT
changer drive switching tapes seemingly too soon (last night it used 5
tapes to backup 5.5GB of data), and this is accompanied by bunches of
messages. (Not the same controller has a 6 disk CD changer which isn't
in use during these times, but no other devices). Is this something that
other people have seen on 1.2, and if so did a newer 2940 driver solve
it?
