afaik, LFS for NetBSD is still broken. Feel free to fix and distribute,
though. :>
I don't know what the largest file supported is, but I can answer the last
question:
ccd(4) - Concatenated Disk Driver
This would be your "raid-0" filesystem.
Jason Thorpe announced sometime last fall that he had a Rather Large
filesystem using the above driver, and I've heard numerous success stories
about those who are using it.
