I was just thinking that if something was removed then the entry would be
gone. I would guess -- using the example -- elvis would be in
basesrc/usr.bin/attic/elvis ...

I knew it was a groff-related tool and the only non-manpage documentation
I found was GNU - so I should have known. So I see that the GNU tree and
the BSD trees are separate. Of cource, if I had the GNU source installed
I could have `locate`d this. :)
