we already have a guide in place. take a spin by:
http://www.netbsd.org/Documentation/
and you will see a table for the NetBSD Guide. Federico Lupi
already takes submissions and intergrates them (usually quite
happily) into the guide.
I recommend any suggestions or material you have be submitted
to www@netbsd.org where contributions; and where they should be
placed can be reviewed.
Of course I am partial, I have already sent in a few myself :)
