Thought I'd try my Ricoh i500 Camera with NetBSD, anyone know what its
status would be with -current?
With 1.5 it comes up when you turn it on:
Dec 3 09:47:20 netbsd /netbsd: ugen0 at uhub0 port 2
Dec 3 09:47:20 netbsd /netbsd:
Dec 3 09:47:20 netbsd /netbsd: ugen0: Ricoh Company Ltd. Digital Still
Camera, rev 1.00/0.00, addr 2
and the camera flashes "Wait" as it does. Under windows it here gets
given an IP, which has always been "127.0.0.1" on my Windows machine..
With NetBSD it seems to just timeout/giveup
Dec 3 09:48:18 netbsd /netbsd: uhub0: port error, restarting port 2
Dec 3 09:48:18 netbsd /netbsd: ugen0: at uhub0 port 2 (addr 2)
disconnected
Dec 3 09:48:18 netbsd /netbsd: ugen0 detached
Linux/Mandrake 8.x didn't have drivers for it either...
