Not easily. Maybe you can make the kernel write a crash dump ?
reboot(0x104) at db> promt.
At reboot, savecore will write it to /var/crash.
For this you need a swap partition as large as your RAM, and the same place
in /var/crash (this can be a symlink to somewhere else).
