What's the cleanest way to build ast-ksh but with static linking?  
(Yes, I plan to move it to /bin -- the differences between it and pdksh 
occasionally drive my fingers crazy.  Of course, I've been in the same 
organization as Dave Korn for ~20 years, and it's hard to retrain old 
fingers.)
