Nobody is "coercing" you to do anything, and, evidently aside from
yourself, nobody knows what a "subrelease" or a "subsubrelease" is.

If you want released versions of NetBSD, you can find them in
ftp.netbsd.org:/pub/NetBSD.

Daily builds of the various active branches of NetBSD are provided
in /pub/NetBSD-daily as a convenience.

You must be really selfish, or really crazy, or perhaps both, if you
think that if the NetBSD release engineering team is not building an
ISO image for every set of binaries in /pub/NetBSD-daily, they are
"coercing" you to do so.
