Yes, I have on NetBSD-i386 ...
wm0 at pci2 dev 9 function 0: Intel i82540EM 1000BASE-T Ethernet, rev. 2
wm0: interrupting at apic 2 int 21 (irq 9)
wm0: Ethernet address 00:07:e9:0e:b9:a8
makphy0 at wm0 phy 1: Marvell 88E1011 Gigabit PHY, rev. 3
... and NetBSD-sparc64:
wm0 at pci1 dev 2 function 0: Intel i82540EM 1000BASE-T Ethernet, rev. 2
wm0: interrupting at ivec 1c
wm0: 32-bit 33MHz PCI bus
wm0: 64 word (6 address bits) MicroWire EEPROM
wm0: Ethernet address 00:07:e9:0e:bb:33
makphy0 at wm0 phy 1: Marvell 88E1011 Gigabit PHY, rev. 3
This is an Intel PRO/1000 MT Desktop Adapter which works fine with
NetBSD, or at least worked fine in the past. I haven't tested it
with NetBSD 4.0 because my server has an on-board GbE interface
and I can't use any PCI cards in my ULTRA60(*).
Kind regards
