I wonder if this is a partitionless "superfloppy", with the filesystem
starting at the beginning of the device. what does
file /dev/rsd0d
return? are you able to mount with "mount -t msdos /dev/sd0d /mnt"?
if windows doesn't find a partition table on a USB device at format
time, it won't add one.
