Do you really mean emulation? wine is your best bet and after a long time
in the wilderness it actually works pretty well on NetBSD now (thanks to
jmcneill@ and reinoud@). Office 2003 worked for me as did quite a lot of
other software (as long as it didn't require network access).
Otherwise, you've got things like Xen where you can run Windows as an HVM
guest (if you have a suitable VT-enabled CPU). After Xen, your options
get more clunky and slow (e.g. qemu).
You could always shove a PC under the desk and rdesktop to it :-)
