one# /usr/pkgsrc/net/citrix_ica/work/solaris/echo_cmd
sh: /usr/pkgsrc/net/citrix_ica/work/solaris/echo_cmd: not found

I think now echo_cmd it search from any think.

Now building any new Kernel with this options

64-bit only
options         COMPAT_NETBSD32 # NetBSD/sparc binary compatibility -- 64-bit 
only
options         EXEC_AOUT       # execve(2) support for a.out binaries
options         EXEC_ELF32      # Exec module for SunOS 5.x binaries.

and after i read Man compat_sunos, isn't possible to simulate Sun Compatibility 
mode vor NetBSD
