Putty Ok, but plink with different Env?

if connect from Windows with Putty to Netbsd5.1 i have the right Envoierment 
like PATH=/home/moonwalker/bin:/usr/pkg/gcc45/bin:/usr/pkg/bin:/usr/pkg/sbin:
/usr/X11R7/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/bin:/sbin:/bin

but if i connect with plink with same login i don't have the right Path and 
Env. 
PATH=/usr/bin:/bin:/usr/pkg/bin:/usr/local/bin

the shell running both side with
$ echo $SHELL 
/bin/sh

here me Plink conneting string:
C:\Program Files\Xming>plink -2 -X -ssh -P 443 -pw password 
moonwalker@10.18.12.103 /usr/X11R7/bin/xterm
Warning: Cannot convert string "nil2" to type FontStruct

i need plink to hanshaking with Xming, what the hell i understanding wrong?
