This has been fixed in xen-unstable, but unfortunately the patch has
not been backported to the Xen 4.1.x branch. Anyway, it's completely
harmless, and should not affect the system (neither Dom0 or DomUs) in
any way. If you want to get rid of it, you can apply the following
patch:

Which (I think) applies clearly to Xen 4.1.1-4.1.2.
