IPv4 address of anoncvs.be.NetBSD.org about to change

Hello,

The IP address of anoncvs.be.NetBSD.org will change shortly. As the old
IP address will remain for some time, there will be no disruption in
service, but you may see a warning from ssh about adding the host key
for the new IP address (86.39.203.227) to the list of known hosts.
