Well I compiled 700 odd packages and doing this again will consume
time. If pkgsrc doesn't need to stay in sync with kernel, I am willing
to build 6.0_BETA and give it a go.

I have this issue on BIOSTAR TA790GXE-128M (AM2+/AM3) and ASUS
M5A97(AM3+), processor is same (AMD phenom II X6 1055T).
