Is there a default /etc/hosts.deny ?

Hi List,
can somebody please tell me if there exists the /etc/hosts.deny if you
install it cleanly from NetBSD5.1.

If so - what is the content? I guess there is just /etc/hosts but
neither /etc/hosts.deny or /etc/hosts.allow after a fresh install. Am I
right?
