xetex only installs the XeTeX engine.  The format used for xelatex is
created and installed by print/tex-xetex.

Because we don't have full texlive (yet).  The TeX system in pkgsrc
still relies on teTeX for some packages.  But I don't mind having a
single package installing every texlive packages we've packaged so
far.
