I'm just relying on the informations shown by "top" and "gkrellm":
under NetBSD there is quite low load, while under Linux there is
significant CPU use (tested on the same hardware). Well, installing
the mentioned games is quite easy thing, and the best would be, if you
can install them and examine. Maybe you could explain the origins of
the difference?

I'm very curious, what is the cause.
