Missing g+w on /var/spool/postfix/maildrop and send-email map

On 6.0_RC1 i had to add the group bit to be able to send mail as
a normal user.  There is no PR mentioning it and i don't remember
a mail doing so..
I also got complains about a missing "send-email" mapping (simply
copying the sendmail one did that).
Has this been addressed yet in RC2/-current (or should i even open
a PR)?
