The selection of commands you want to have a look at are
- disklabel
- fdisk
- installboot

The raidframe documentation at
http://www.netbsd.org/docs/guide/en/chap-rf.html#chap-rf-second-disk
can be used as a guide to setting up an ordinary disk without using
sysinst.

Do you also want windows on the SSD?
