Does MKLLVM=yes put llvm to comp set?

Hi,

I am not sure if my release build of netbsd-7 branch with "MKLLVM=yes" 
went silently wrong. It seems to me, that there is no llvm in comp set, 
there is only clang there.

If it's intentional, shouldn't the "MKLLVM" actually be called 
"MKCLANG"? Or is there a plan to add the llvm to the comp set along with 
clang sometime in the future?
