Apparently that disk image (I would not name it .iso because
that refers to CD-ROM images) doesn't have a standard MS-DOS
partition table.
Are you sure it is from a PC like system?

And that's not the reality either, but it is likely that you won't
need a real geometry to access the data.
For a start, try to make a hexdump of the first blocks and try to
find something intelligble. It is also possible that the 'file'
command will recognize something.
