pkgsrc/misc/libreoffice4-bin is Linux binary package.
It uses libpango from pkgsrc/emulators/suse131_gtk3.
NetBSD native pango is not related to pkgsrc/misc/libreoffice4-bin.
Do you have any TrueType fonts in your X window system and
compat_linux environment?
How about the output of '/emul/linux/usr/bin/fc-list'?
