On Linux, TLP (https://github.com/linrunner/TLP) does a good job for
lowering power usage on laptops; how many of the features it uses are
available in the NetBSD kernel? Can users tweak stuff like SATA APLM,
PCIe ASPM, USB autosuspend? NetBSD documentation on power management
seems kinda old (https://www.netbsd.org/docs/power-mgmt/index.html
mentions apm on NetBSD 1.4).
