dhcrelay broken on netbsd-7 ?

Hello

After upgrding from 6.1.5 to 7.1, dhcrelay stopped working: the daemon
starts up, but it will not relay DHCP requests.

There is a workaround: running in foregreound (with -d flag) restores
functionnality. 

Anyone experienced that? I have not yet looked at source changes, but
ktrace suggest kevent is somehow involved.
