After reboot, look at your newest file in /var/crash/netbsd.*.core.gz
If the newest is netbsd.123.core.gz,
# cd /var/crash
# gunzip netbsd.123.core.gz
# gunzip netbsd.123.gz
# crash -M netbsd.123.core -N netbsd.123

And reply with the output of it, mentioning kernel version or output of:
