Any web automation tools (with javascript) known to work on NetBSD?

Trying to get py-selenium work on NetBSD 8.0_RC1 amd64, with firefox52.

No luck as firefox crashes through gecko, though it otherwise works.

Not sure about status of wip/phantomjs, it at least looks old.

I read, a binary installation of phantomjs should be possible via
lang/npm, but couldn't get npm build either. (And not sure whether one can
install phantomjs via that.)


Before going into specifics of above errors, just thought of asking a
general question: Are there any tools that can be used for automating
tasks of interacting with websites that make heavy use of javascript and
has anyone succeeded in using them on NetBSD?
