Can you ktrace "normally" a program under compat/emulation?

Note: it seems they have released as open source in december 2019 a
total rewrite. It's a deb file so I will see if there are indeed the
sources when unpacked so that I can, first, compile it natively on
NetBSD and, second, if it is still strange, I then would be able to
give it a look...
