Text wrapping ("fill paragraph) in gedit

In gedit's "Preferences" I have text wrapping turned on.

What is the keyboard shortcut, or menu choice, for "Wrap text" 
or "Fill Paragraph?"

$ gedit --version
gedit - Version 3.22.1

$ uname -a
