The NetBSD disklabel(8) will happily do that, too...
Writing a NetBSD disklabel with the eponymous utility will trash the
primary GPT on a GPT-formatted
disk (which can be recovered with NetBSD `gpt recover`).
... unless pointed to the whole disk. I wouldn't expect the OpenBSD
disklabel to act any different here.
