I confirm that "TL-WN725N(US) Ver:3.0" worked for me on NetBSD 9.1 on
RPI2.
dmesg says it's v2 and EU while the product label says it's 3.0 and US. As
Michael pointed out the vendor:product id is same for both.
That apart, it's working fine.

Unfortunately neither the seller on amazon nor the manufacturer could tell
anything about the exact version they are selling. The product pictures on
the site are detailed enough just excluding a white sticker on which the
version is printed. They said you'll know only when you receive the
product... I just took my chances and it worked.
