Error in dmesg(8) for USB hub in Raspberry Pi 3 B+

Hello!
In the dmesg, after the configuration of the on-board USB hubs, this
line is printed in NetBSD 9.1:

uhub0: autoconfiguration error: illegal enable change, port 1

but I am not able to understand what causes it. 

What does it mean, and what it is related to? I tried to connect a mouse
and a keyboard, and they seem to work fine.
