Anon CVS server MIA?

On https://www.netbsd.org/mirrors/#anoncvs I see this server 
advertised: anoncvs3.us.NetBSD.org, but it appears to be 
at least unreachable:

$ host anoncvs3.us.NetBSD.org
Host anoncvs3.us.NetBSD.org not found: 3(NXDOMAIN)

I wonder if it was not a victim of the horrible winter problems 
that befell the great state of Texas?
