I usually even start ebook-viewer directly on an ebook file. And I think I liked the one from calibre 3.x better than the current one. But we also have print/foliate for pure reading. What's in my eyes more the "killer-app" aspect of calibre is the "ebook-convert" command. And I had a bunch of ebooks with bad formatting (they looked like they were home-made somewhere) and for that "ebook-edit" knows its way through the complicated rules for the XML schema in an epub file. -Olaf. -- ___ "Buying carbon credits is a bit like a serial killer paying someone else to \X/ have kids to make his activity cost neutral." -The BOFH falu.nl@rhialto
