I want to appeal to the Community with such a question. In Russia,

There is a NetBSD community in Russia, on the social network VK.com
and on the sites runetbsd.ru, and news site opennet.ru. Maybe The
NetBSD Foundation, as a trademark owner, will try to file a complaint
against the cybersquatter(s) so that the netbsd.ru domain belongs to
TNF?
Hello Dmitrii, do you have a specific web site project in mind for
netbsd.ru ? The domain doesn't seen to have been in use before so I
suppose it would be hard to make a case. In general, do those types
of complain even work in a more critical scenario? It's unfortunately
a very common practice *1 and many domains are held like that. You're
talking about a domain held by https://domainparking.ru/ but I've also
noticed a few are held by nic.ru (RU-CENTER) itself, which is a
registrar! This leads me to assume it's legal practice and we cannot
do much against it.
