Exactly.  Dillo opens a simple HTML page in a few ms. FIrefox requires 
time on the order of 100 or 1000 more.  

Not necessary. Run only necessary processes.  If a page doesn't impose 
JavaScript, don't start JavaScript support and kill unnecessary 
processes already running.  Etc.  

Simplify, simplify, simplify.
