An example of this in Android, where the copies of all the licences are
collated in the Third-party licences file [*].  If you look there at the
licences for /system/bin/fsck_msdos or /system/bin/newfs_msdos, you can see
that all the source files have a 2-clause BSD licence.

If you want to redistribute libc, you need to provide some way to display
the licences for every libc source file as part of the documentation for
the embedded device.
