Hi,

I found the issue, because the new Disk is large I
decided to make /usr and /var separate filesystems.

After adding this to /etc/rc.conf the issue is fixed:

critical_filesystems_local="/var /usr"

I learned I am terrible at using duckduckgo and google :)
