In case someone is familiar with vivado: I do not know if this is the way
to disable MT, but I added the following tcl command to my script:
set_param general.maxThreads 1

But looks like that is still getting into futex and crashing.

This is happening for `route_design'. Other steps like elaborate,
sythnesize, place are working fine.
