Yes, not looking good for the RockChip devices for now. Thanks for the 
help.

Using a 32 bit MCU looks like an interesting project. MCU devices 
these days have crazy CPU and connectivity. I'll add it to the list 
of end-of-year projects (although will compete with trying to get rtl-sdr 
working better on the Rock64).
