Yep.

Yep.  I run pkgsrc bulk builds on a PPC Mac Mini, and the latest
complete report for 10.0 shows that it started 18 Dec 2023 and
completed 7 Mar 2024.  The current build round for 10.0 is now
doing 2023Q4, started March 10, and is now up to

[21689/28974] Starting build of  itpp-4.0.7nb1

so it will still be a while till it's done.
