I don't know for sure, but you'd usually run the smalltalk vm and
supply an image to it as an argumemt, so something like

  /usr/pkg/bin/squeak /usr/pkg/share/squeak/*/*.image

I'd guess, or

  squeak ~/.../my.image

etc.
