Yer box tries to contact 2.netbsd.pool.ntp.org and fails to. As [it seems]
it can resolve plain IP adresses, so network is up. Likely you have
incorrect / incomplete DNS setup.
Is there any nameserver set in /etc/resolv.conf?
If it's set to localhost ("nameserver 127.0.0.1" or "nameserver ::1"), is
local resolver (likely unbound) running and configured to forward requests
to actual nameserver (like Quad9's 9.9.9.9)?
